Suffocated by Loneliness

Loneliness surrounds my soul.
I start to choke as it squeezes my heart.
I can hardly breathe anymore.
Now my lungs can't expand.
No air left to breathe.
The pressure from loneliness grows.
Finally my heart starts to burst.
It can take no more.
I slowly die inside.
Never to have known love.

This poem is not about the death of the body, but rather
the death of HOPE. The death of the hope of ever finding love.
The vampire woman represents me. The blackness around the
woman represents the suffocating loneliness.
